Nurses' experience regarding professional ethics in Iran: A qualitative study

Context: Professional ethics are less understood in the literature and refer to complex decision-making processes made by nurses as they deliver care.Aims: This study aimed add new information growing body of evidence around professional explore experiences Iranian who work hospital setting.Setting Design: is a qualitative that was carried out from January 2017 August 2017, utilizing conventional content analysis.Materials Methods: In this study, data were collected using semi-structured interviews. Twenty-eight participants with various occupational backgrounds positions interviewed. All educational hospitals North West Iran. Data analyzed analysis.Statistical Analysis Used: Statistical methods not used study.Results: One overarching category three sub-categories emerged during analysis. The “the road ethics,” which supported following sub-categories: ethical development, spirituality values promoting competencies.Conclusions: difficult separate, may be why it empirical literature. Multiple factors contribute ethics, these principles motivate provide safe care. nurses' performance can help managers recruitment ongoing supervision improve their performance.
